Sharing Themes
Share your themes publicly, privately, or within your organization.
Sharing Options
Power UI provides flexible sharing options to match your collaboration needs. Share themes publicly to contribute to the community, create private links for specific clients, or establish organization-wide libraries for your team. Each sharing method offers different levels of access control and visibility.
Public themes appear in the community gallery where other users can discover, use, and learn from your designs. Private sharing generates unique links that you control - perfect for client deliverables or team reviews. Organization sharing keeps themes within your company while allowing controlled access across departments.
Access Control
Maintain control over how others interact with your shared themes. Set permissions for viewing only, allowing duplication, or enabling full editing rights. Track who accesses your themes and how they're being used. Revoke access at any time if circumstances change.
For organization accounts, administrators can establish theme governance policies. Approve themes before they become available company-wide, set expiration dates for temporary shares, or require specific metadata for cataloging. This ensures brand consistency while enabling creative flexibility.
Collaboration Features
When sharing themes with edit permissions, multiple team members can work together in real-time. See who's currently editing, leave comments on specific design choices, and track version history. The platform prevents conflicts by managing concurrent edits intelligently.
Export sharing includes additional documentation options. Generate style guides that explain your theme's design system, usage instructions for different variants, or technical specifications for developers. This context helps others use your themes effectively.
